The May Half-Term Rugby Camp at Esher Rugby Club was a huge success, with players enjoying three action-packed days filled with rugby, fun games, and skill development.

Throughout the camp, players took part in a wide variety of activities designed to develop their rugby skills whilst ensuring everyone had plenty of fun. Sessions included passing and handling drills, tackling technique, attacking and defensive games, kicking challenges, agility and speed work, small-sided matches, and team-building activities. The camp concluded each day with plenty of match play, giving players the opportunity to put their new skills into practice.

It was fantastic to see players of all abilities making significant progress across the three days. The enthusiasm, effort, and positive attitude shown by all participants made the camp a huge success.

One of the highlights of the week was the number of players attending from outside Esher Rugby Club. We were delighted to welcome players from a range of local clubs including Old Cranleighans, Reeds Weybridge, Sutton & Epsom, London Irish, and several others. It was great to see so many different clubs represented and for players to make new friends whilst enjoying rugby together in a positive environment.

A huge thank you goes to all the players, parents, and coaches who helped make the camp such an enjoyable few days. We look forward to welcoming everyone back for our summer rugby camps, with details to be announced shortly.
