“I’d like to personally thank Neil for everything he’s given to Esher RFC as he moves on following changes to the coaching structure. From the moment I came in, Neil has been a huge support to me, honest, hard-working, and fully committed to the group. The effort he’s put in this season, and over a number of years at the club, has been clear to everyone. That includes not just his work as a coach, but also the contribution he made during his time as a player. He’s given a great deal to Esher over a long period, and that shouldn’t be underestimated. I’m really grateful for everything he’s done and wish him all the very best.”
