Esher Rugby Club hosted a truly special afternoon at the stunning Mitre Hotel, Hampton Court on 22nd May 2025. Set against the picturesque backdrop of the River Thames, guests were treated to a delightful three-course lunch and an unforgettable conversation with tennis legend and broadcaster Annabel Croft.
Hosted by the ever-engaging John Inverdale, the event offered a rare glimpse into Annabel’s journey—from her days as Britain’s No. 1 tennis player to her recent adventures on Strictly Come Dancing. Her warmth, humour, and candid reflections captivated the room, making it an afternoon to remember.
