Ricky Nebbett Signs Two More Players for the 2018/19 Campaign

Max Berry returns close to his roots as a London Irish Academy player. Max gave up professional rugby and started studying at Loughborough, playing for their National 1 team in 2016-17, including against Esher in April 2017, a match we won at Loughborough 38-37! When the head of Loughborough Rugby became the Director of Rugby at London Scottish, Max moved with him, but it didn't really work out for him and he spent time on loan at Henley Hawks. Max chose not to continue on a professional contract with London Scottish so switches to us to get his National 1 career underway.

Andy Hore joins us from Wimbledon where, despite their relegation from National 2 South, he built a strong reputation as an experienced, competitive lock. Andy knows many of the Esher players, having represented Surrey for the last two seasons and is looking forward to testing his skills at a higher level. Andy studied at Leeds Beckett University, playing regularly in BUCS 1 for them over 4 years.
