We are unable to hold an AGM at the Club because of the Covid-9 restrictions. The Government legislation allowing Virtual AGMs was passed too late for us to comply with the requirements of our Rules to hold an AGM by 31st July, however we are allowed to delay our AGM until September when we hope to be able to have a quorate meeting in the Clubhouse. In the interim we would like to update Members on the position of the Club and plans going forward. To that end we are holding a Zoom Meeting on Monday 3rd August at 6 pm with the following Agenda:
