Access, including Rugby training, to Esher Rugby from 4th June

The Esher Rugby office is now open on a regular basis Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9.00 a.m.-4.30 p.m.

All visitors to the site including staff, players, coaches & volunteers are responsible for ensuring they do not attend if they feel they have COVID symptoms

Esher members may use the grounds for exercise as long as they follow Social distancing rules

Volunteers

Esher Rugby is open to volunteers from 10.00 a.m. until 4.00 p.m. Mon, Tues, Thursday

Tim Bale will oversee all volunteers and tasks

The Clubhouse will be open for toilets and indoor maintenance work

The Tea and Coffee Station is for volunteers only and for takeaway only

Toilets will be open and there will be a queueing system with no more than 2 people in the toilets at one time

Washing facilities and antibacterial hand gel will be available

Please use the paper towels provide for drying hands and place in the bins provided

Rugby

The grounds re now open to those wishing to train at the club as long as guidelines are followed

The Club is open for use of toilets only - there will be a queueing system with no more than 2 people in the toilets at one time

Water filling to be done at the outside tap near the entrance to the changing rooms, 2m distance to be maintained

Changing Rooms and Showers will not be available for training

The 1st XV pitch is strictly out of bounds

All group training sessions must be agreed by the DOR or Chairman of rugby to avoid congestion

A maximum of 6 players per ½ a pitch plus one coach with 2m distance maintained throughout

Equipment sharing, including balls, is permitted, although should be kept to a minimum and strong hand hygiene practice must be in place at all times

The Car Park Gates should be locked after all training sessions where the club house is closed
