U12s Statement:
Esher U12’s are a high quality rugby team managed by RFU certified coaches, some of whom are ex – players. Our ethos is founded on the boys having fun, developing individual skills and team skills all within the fantastic culture of rugby and its values. We strive to include all, and strike a good balance between being competitive and making sure all the boys enjoying playing and learning. Everyone is welcome!
