SMS Vote Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions
1. This poll is managed and run by Esher Rugby FC (“the Club”).
2. To enter the poll you must text the word ESHER followed by the surname of the player you are voting for. Each entry will be charged at your standard network rate.
3. The poll lines will be open from 11am Monday 19th April until 5pm Saturday 1st May 2010. All text entries must be received by 5pm of Saturday 1st May 2010. Votes received outside the specified time will not be counted, but may still be charged by your network operator.
4. The poll is open to all UK residents aged 16 years and over.
5. You may  only vote once however you must have the bill-payer’s permission before doing so.
6. Any evidence of entries made by third parties, through agents or in such fraudulent manner as to manipulate the result will be disqualified from the poll. The Club’s decision on this matter will be final.
7. Entries which are incomplete or misspelt or which are not in accordance with the polls terms and conditions will be void.
8. You will not be charged for any subsequent messages you receive after entering the poll.
9. By entering the poll you agree to the Club sending you occasional free marketing text messages. This may include, but is not limited to; Club news, further competitions, club shop discounts and fixture information. 10. Information and data that is provided by entrants when they enter will be held and used by the club and their suppliers and contractors in order to administer the competition. Aggregate, non-personal data may also be used for the purpose of undertaking market research or in facilitating reviews, developments and improvements to relevant services.
11. The club does not accept responsibility for any fault, malfunction, damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any entrant howsoever arising from participating in the poll, whether due to any error, omission or other cause by the Club, its employees, agents or others to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. The Competition and the Term and Conditions are governed by English law and the jurisdiction of the English courts.
13. If you do not wish to receive further marketing information or messages please send an email to marketing@esherrugby.com  stating your mobile number, with the message “No Info”.
