Coming off the back of a fantastic effort at Sevens and the City the weekend before, Esher put in a great showing to retain the Surrey Sevens Cup.
The Golden Lions were hit by several injuries throughout the day but rallied together to trounce former winners, Dorking.
Having progressed out of the group stages with convincing wins against Bank of England, Kew Invitationals and Weybridge Vandals, Esher went on to smash Reigations in their Semi-Final, putting them in prime position to retain the cup.
Dorking, having already rolled over Esher's Amateur side earlier in the tournament, went in to the game having won every match as well.
It was all one way traffic in the final as the Golden Lions stormed home 52-7, letting in one solitary Dorking try. The home team lifted the trophy for the second year and the Surrey Sevens looks to be a tournament this young side will dominate for years to come.
It was a great day all round, see a selection of photos below and visit the Golden Lions sponsor Trinidad & Tobago.
