SSE National League One – Saturday, 1st February @ Molesey Road, 3pm

Ricky Nebbett has made a raft of changes to the matchday squad for this Saturday’s home clash against Worthing Raiders, with Tom Cheeseman and Andy Wright returning in the back line and Neil Sweeney captaining the side from the front row.

The home side will be desperate to arrest their recent poor form, which has seen them lose their previous three games, and Nebbett is able to include a number of senior players who missed the latest reverse at Blackheath.

Cruickshanks and Cheeseman will team up in midfield, resuming a partnership that won numerous plaudits in the Championship two seasons ago. Andy Wright is deployed in his favoured position on the wing after filling in in midfield for the most part of the current campaign, and Anders Mogensen and Spencer Sutherland join him in the back-three.

Up front Jake Caulfield replaces Billy Moss at loose-head, with Sweeney named at hooker. Alex Bibic returns from suspension to take over in the second-row from George Drye, and he is partnered by Kris Chesney. Cameron Gentles moves into the back-row, with Steve Wood on the replacements’ bench and Pete Synnott shifting across to open-side.

Dave Millard, who returns from concussion, and veteran hooker James Campbell both join Wood on the bench. Freddie Strange and Joe MacManus once again provide the cover out wide.

The visitors make just two changes to the side that beat Tynedale last Saturday. Finlay Coxon-Smith comes in on the wing, with Ben Loosmore moving into the centres to replace Kiba Richards. Richards will make his debut for England Counties in Nevers on Friday night.

The only other adjustment sees Peter Cleveland move up from the bench to swap with Kerry O'Sullivan, who is among the five replacements. Esher old boys Simon Gaynor and Ollie Richards are both named in Worthing’s starting XV, making welcome returns to Molesey Road.
