Club Training

Training for the 1st XV squad is on TUESDAY and THURSDAY at 7.15pm

 

Club training is currently on THURSDAY at 6.30pm

 

In the summer months, there is also a touch rugby session every Thursday evening from 6.15pm at which all players are welcome: good for those who need a midweek run out to improve their fitness.

 

Minis train at the Club on Sunday mornings (Sept-April) between 10am and 12pm. Junior Girls squads U15 and U18 also train between 10am and 12pm.  Junior boys age 13-18 train at the Club on Sunday lunchtimes, from 12noon to 2pm.  All Mini and Junior squads fixtures/matches are on Sundays.  Midweek training varies according to the age group so please check with your team managers.  Minis do not usually train mid-week.
