Adam first joined Esher Rugby Club in 1989 and played in the 1st XV for a number of years with his last 1st team game being in 1998. Since then, he has enjoyed playing in the Expendables where he still plays to this day. Mountford commenced trading in 1989 and now hold the largest "portfolio" of Let property in the Private Rental Sector in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. CHK, in Esher, is a recent acquisition, whose origins were started in 1990. Between both companies, Adam employs 23 members of staff, with all key members of staff having met the ARLA qualifications (Association of Residential Letting Agents). CHK and Mountford have a range of clients, from the "one-off" Landlord to large corporate Landlords. Tenants are sourced from "Blue-Chip" companies paying anything from £1,000 to £25,000 per calendar month. CHK and Mountford have respectively grown year on year and Adam is always looking for new clients from individual investment Landlords to Developers to more Corporate Landlords.
